Information, not advice
Everything here is general information about my work and the markets I serve. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation.
Property and transaction information
Listings, sold prices, square footage, and unit counts come from the MLS and public records and can change or contain errors. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell, and past results do not predict what a property will sell for. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
Accuracy
I keep this site current and correct errors when I find them, but I do not warrant that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. License status can be confirmed with the California Department of Real Estate.
Please do not send sensitive material through this site
Email and web forms are not secure channels. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents here — I will tell you how to send those securely when they are needed.
