I specialize in the management, leasing, and sale of industrial condos throughout the Peninsula, with a particular focus on owner-occupied and small-investor assets. Many of my clients originally purchased their industrial units as owner-users while operating their own businesses, and over time have transitioned these properties into long-term real estate investments. I understand both sides of that evolution and the practical needs that come with it.

I have deep familiarity with the local industrial market, including some of the Peninsula's most established industrial hubs such as the San Carlos Industrial Park (Manor Association). Over the years, I have worked with numerous owners in the park and surrounding areas, helping them navigate leasing, operations, and eventual disposition strategies.
